March - If you visit the you can now hear four samples from Lou's forthcoming album, 'Calm the Rising Waters'. The album will be released on 28th April at Mr Kyps in Poole. Lou will be playing tracks with her full Makeshift Family Band, including very special guest Clive Gregson. To buy tickets for what will be a very special night, click here.

December - Recording for the new album is finished! Just the mixing and mastering to go. To be one of the first to hear it, why not book your ticket to the launch party at Mr Kyps in Poole. Tickets cost just £5 and can be purchased here.
December - So, gigging for 2009 is now over, and Lou has gone into the studio with Clive Gregson and her Makeshift Family Band to make album number two. Keep checking back for new 2010 dates, both for the Spring Tour, and her new venture with the excellent Alex Roberts and Pete Christie, part:three.
October - Studio is now booked for Lou to record her second album. She'll be heading into Poole's Active Studios with the Makeshift Family Band and producer Clive Gregson at the start of December.

September - Bank Holiday Monday saw BBC Radio 2 take a short break from celebrating the work of The Beatles by playing Lou's song . It was the debut radio appearance for the very lovely Johnnie & Tiggy Walker, and you can listen to the show here (until 6th September).

September - A really busy August Bank Holiday weekend for Lou, with a short set in Bristol on the Sunday, and three appearances at Greenbelt Festival on Monday. Thank you to everyone who came.

July - We are proud to announce that Lou is now an official Supporter of the RNLI. The RNLI is the charity that saves lives at sea, and needs your support to train and equip our volunteer lifeboat crews and lifeguards. There will be opportunities to find out more about their work and donate at Lou's next headline show on 13th August, and you can always visit www.rnli.org.uk
